My passion, professional contacts and 15 years of strategic experience allows me to bring increased value to my clients for their CRE investment needs. Most recently, I intiated, managed and facilitated the closing of a $28M loan for a medical office building and hotel project in Brooklyn, NY. Throughout this project I provided the developer with value analysis and budget analysis, internal project management along with facilitating a Performance Bond submission. Additionally, my professional relationship with a highly reputable financial institution allowed me to streamline a complicated process, allowing me to leverage my experience in providing a cost efficient financial solution to a massve commecial real estate transaction. Currently I am in the process of coordinating off-market analysis, negotiations and financial solutions for a number of CRE investors and institutions in NYC.
